Expand the Court, Save Abortion Care

For years, Mitch McConnell has packed the Court with judicial extremists to carry out his right-wing agenda. Thanks to his conservative supermajority, the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 landmark decision guaranteeing the right to have an abortion.

To protect Americans’ reproductive freedom and fundamental rights, Congress must expand the Supreme Court. Add your name to urge your representative and other members of Congress to cosponsor the Judiciary Act, which would restore balance to the Supreme Court by adding four seats.
